Notes, Terms and Conditions

  • choose your delegate type at the front page of the registration form and then proceed to the next page
  • fill in the requested and needed information
  • choose your payment method: credit card or invoice. Credit card recommended, the payment by invoice -option is only available for Early Bird registrations
  • if you have extra pages, add the payment for them by choosing "add a page"
  • if you are travelling with accompanying person, add the payment and give the needed information
  • You'll receive a confirmation with a receipt (credit card payments) or an invoice (invoicing payment method) by email
  • One-day registration does not include dinner and reception. All other registrations include dinner and reception
  • Papers can only be registered with an author registration. Student registrations can not be used to register papers
  • In case of cancellation - refund policy, please note: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing to contact@2023.ieee-isie.org and received before 5.6.2023. The cancellation fee is 100 EUR. Cancellations after 5.6.2023, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
